Delivery and payment

Delivery

We ship with Speedy, Econt and Pigeon Express.

Orders can also be collected in person from ul. „Pravda“ 2, Plovdiv, Bulgaria, during opening hours (Monday to Saturday, 09:00–18:00).

Available delivery methods, charges and estimated delivery times are shown before the order is placed where they can reasonably be calculated in advance. Individual, oversized, palletised, installation-related or specialised deliveries may be covered by an individual quotation.

Production and delivery times

Production time and transport time are separate. For personalised or made-to-order products, production may begin after:

• receipt of required final files;
• approval of a proof or production visual where required;
• receipt of an agreed advance or full payment where payment is a condition for starting production.

Inspection on delivery

If an order shows visible transport damage, the customer should, where reasonably possible, record it with the carrier and retain photographs or other evidence. Failure to do so does not remove mandatory statutory rights.

Payment

Payment is by bank transfer or cash.

Before an order carrying an obligation to pay is submitted, the total price and known additional charges must be displayed.

For business customers and individually quoted work, an advance, staged payments or another payment schedule may be agreed.

Payment provider

PrintVes does not take card payments online, so no external payment provider processes your payment details.

Invoices

Where an invoice is requested or required, the customer must provide accurate invoicing information. Fiscal documents are issued in accordance with applicable requirements.
