Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern the use of PrintVes and contracts with PRINT VES EOOD, UIC 205424574, registered office ul. „Krastyo Rakovski“ 31, et. 2, ap. 6, 4000 Plovdiv, Bulgaria ("PrintVes"). They apply to both consumers and business customers, and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Products and services

PrintVes may offer standard goods, made-to-order and personalised print, printing, branding, design and installation services, digital services and quotation-only work.

Images are illustrative. On-screen colour can differ from print because of displays, substrates, printing processes and lighting. Where colour accuracy is critical, agree it in advance and produce a proof where necessary.

Orders and contract

Before a paid online order, customers must be able to review essential characteristics, quantity, price, options and known additional charges, and to correct errors. An automated receipt may acknowledge receipt only, where technical or production review remains necessary.

Prices state the currency and the applicable VAT treatment. Payment methods: bank transfer or cash; card payments are not accepted online. Delivery: Speedy, Econt and Pigeon Express, or collection from ul. „Pravda“ 2, Plovdiv, Bulgaria, during opening hours (Monday to Saturday, 09:00–18:00).

Artwork and proofs

Customers must hold the rights required for the artwork they supply. Where a proof is supplied, customers should verify text, spelling, dimensions, contact details, images and layout. Approval does not remove PrintVes' responsibility for a production defect caused by PrintVes.

Withdrawal

Where mandatory distance-selling law provides a withdrawal right, consumers may exercise it within the applicable statutory period, commonly 14 days, subject to statutory exceptions.

The right may not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, where the legal conditions are met. A product being printed does not by itself make that exception applicable. Withdrawal exceptions do not remove rights for defective or non-conforming goods.

For immediate non-tangible digital content, PrintVes obtains the legally required express prior consent and acknowledgement before relying on any loss of withdrawal rights.

Intellectual property

Customers retain rights in their own material and grant PrintVes a limited right to use it as needed for quoting, proofing, manufacturing, quality control, delivery and complaint handling. PrintVes may refuse content reasonably believed to be unlawful or infringing.

Data protection

Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy, and optional tracking technologies under the Cookie Policy.

Liability and applicable law

Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Bulgarian law applies without depriving consumers of the mandatory protection available to them; jurisdiction follows mandatory rules.

Consumers retain access to competent authorities, courts and applicable alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
