Data we process
Depending on your interaction with PrintVes, we may process identity and contact data, company and invoicing data, delivery addresses, enquiries, orders, quotations, correspondence and complaints, customer artwork, technical and security logs, and your cookie choice.
Legal bases
Contract and pre-contractual steps; legal obligations; legitimate interests such as security and the establishment or defence of legal claims, after the required balancing; and consent, where consent is the appropriate basis.
Recipients
Recipients may include hosting and database providers, payment providers, couriers, accounting and legal advisers, email providers, security and monitoring providers, and public authorities where legally required.
Actual providers: Supabase (database, file storage and admin sign-in), Vercel (website hosting), Google (Google Analytics — visit statistics, only with consent), SuperHosting.BG (the info@printves.com mailbox) and the courier companies we ship orders with.
International transfers
Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, PrintVes uses an applicable transfer mechanism and safeguards where required.
Retention
Data is kept only as long as necessary for the purpose or for a mandatory statutory period.
Schedule by category:
- invoices and other accounting records — for the periods set by the Bulgarian Accountancy Act and tax legislation;
- data about completed orders — for the term of the contract and the limitation period for claims under it;
- enquiries that did not lead to an order — deleted automatically 30 days after the last communication about them.
Customer artwork
Artwork may contain personal data and is used for prepress, production, quality control and order handling. B2B datasets containing other individuals' data may require a separate data-processing arrangement depending on the GDPR roles involved.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent for future processing, and complaint to the competent supervisory authority — in Bulgaria, the Commission for Personal Data Protection.
Requests: info@printves.com. We may ask for reasonable information to confirm your identity where necessary.
Automated decision-making
PrintVes does not take decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.
Cookies
Necessary technologies support security, sessions, language and storing your privacy choice. The site uses no marketing cookies. Google Analytics (visit statistics) and the Google map load only with your consent. See the Cookie Policy.
Security and changes
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures according to risk. This policy is updated when processing changes materially.
